Nothing special. They'll sell them to anyone. All you have to do is call. Ask for Gus. I got in touch with him through The Mustang Source forums.
They are $70 each. ($140 for a rear set)
His number is 954-960-0774 ext. 113. His email is gus@steeda.com.

Dear Stangnut,

If I was going to lower the rear end again, I would call Steeda...

Maybe this will be a valuable piece of information to others who are thinking of doing the same thing as I did...

Thanks for the information...

Your friend and fellow stanger, Dave

FORD is so smart!!!

They made the 2005 Mustang GT with so many imperfections that guys like us spend thousand of dollars trying to correct the Ford's F***ked Up design shortcomings...

What a marketing plan...

If they made them the way they were supposed to make them, we would have nothing to talk about...

Thanks for all the great words...

"I love you guys"!!! Dave

The design is not a shortcoming or F-UP as you put it. Think about it, at stock height the factory has accounted for 4 passengers. With the rear lowered to level the car, with 4 passengers it would sag.

I run 255/45/18" Falken GR451 ZRs all the way around...

Might need a wifer combination in the rear after I supercharge...

Yes, how much of a drop was it? Also, can anyone suggest a shop in the San Francisco East Bay where they had their 05 GT lowered and are happy with the results? Midas won't do it.

Thanks!!!

I also just did rear only. (Eibach) car was right on from factory and moved 1/2" to the passenger side upon lowering. BMR adj panhard took care of that. ...should be within 1/8' each side of the other.

Looks Good But...

That looks good, and i second the idea of the chin spoiler, BUT...
I think it takes away from the aggressive downhill look of your ride, bigger wheels and tires would have done away with the wheel well also. All in all, it still looks good.

4 Passengers in a Mustang?!?!

Who in their right mind would put 4 passengers (adults?) in a Mustang? They will not be your friends after an experience like that. Don't forget getting in and out of the car. It's sheer torture. 2 children in the back maybe. When the kids get big, they can get their own cars or time for a Crown Victoria.

You can see in the picture below that the rake is much more pronounced in the convertible. I'll post before and after pictures once the springs are installed and when I learn how to post pics.

If you are going to keep the same stock wheel/rim height of something around 27~", it will NOT get rid of the wheel well gap.
