Gotta add some fluid to my T5, which was the fill port again?

The clutch fork....

Sticks out of the bellhousing if I`m understanding this right. I only saw one place to put fluid into mine, you got me curious now what you could be talking about though.

has anyone here ever filled a t5? there are two pipe plugs exactly vertical of each other on the passenger side of the transmission, below the shifter. They take the 3/8" ratchet. loosen the top plug. the one you are referring to as the "rebuild the trans" one is the pivot shaft for the 5th-reverse lever instide the trans. it is a star bit. DO NOT REMOVE THAT ONE. if you can loosen the plug with your 3/8" ratchet then that is the drain and fill plugs.

PS. since you didnt know where the plugs are, you prolly might as well change the fluid too while you are there and keep fresh fluid in it:nice:

You wil put too much fluid in it if you fill from the shifter. you have to use a hand pump and pump it into the top hole until it starts comming out. i think it was a little over 2 -1/2 quarts or so.... i guess if you removed the fill plug and poured it from the ****er handle area it would work, but you still fill it until it comes outs the top hole.
