I might have a chance to get some locally for $150, and maybe an intake. But the guy told me that they suck and I wont see ANY gain with them, and that it might even be slower. I want to get some, and rebuild with a valve job, springs, and 1.7 RR's. Those, with my stock cam, and a matched intake, gears, and all the bolt-ons, I'm hoping for a cheap/fast DD. Is this true? All I've heard is good things about these heads, especially their "bang for the buck" that they have.

Thanks for the help,
Matt

For some reason there's a flood of them on ebay. I have a set that I paid $350 for last year and they're going for as low as $200 on ebay now. I used them on my old setup and I was going to sell them. I'm just going to hold onto them now.

Check those heads between the valves for cracks. Hit them with some brake cleaner so you can see.

I have a set I am selling I used them on my car til I blew the engine and got a crate engine with aluminum heads. Mine has to be rebuilt but they are great they have been milled .020 don't forgrt you would want to get the P headers as well Mac makes them and Ford motorsport makes them as well I use the motorsport ones.
