gt 40p's

one of my friends has a set of gt40p heads he's wanting to sell me dirt cheap and i mean dirt cheap i'm getting started on a 351 so i dont want to much into my 302 it will probaly take me a year or so to build my 351.but it would be fun to have a little bit more power out of the 302, so my queston is my 302 has about 200,000 miles on it so is it even worth it to put these heads my car,it is a strong motor i got it from a 67 year old man who bought it brand new so he probaly didn't raise to much hell in it

yeah it would be worth it...

Yeah...i mean, if you can do the work yourself, it's only going to cost you about $50 or less in gaskets, as long as your engine doesn't need anything else like new lifters or something. I just did a head swap on my car and it's 250K+ miles.
