How do i adjust the rockers ive got stock rockers from my e7's do i just do it how the manual says the 25ft lb torque obviously make sure the cma is at base circle.

Pretty much it with pedestal rockers. 18-25 ft/lbs when the rocker is on the base circle. There is a post over in talk that mob started that has a link in to installing the rockers on a 5.0 that you might want to check out.

Yea it was hard for me to find exactly when the lifters were on the base circle of the came, follow that link posted.

Dont you just watch the lifters when there both sitting low in the lifter bores?
