I'm actually suprised at how well the Vikings are playing. I was convinced they'd be a total failure this year, but they might only be a partial failure

Ok maybe I dont like detroit as much now after the whooping the patriots got lol. Detroit did give them a hell of a first half last season.

Sucks that the patriots lost to the giants last night, I really hate the giants but the patriots had that game the whole way until the scab fill ins messed it all up

I respect Peyton Manning, I hate playing against him but as a football player he is really classy for the most part and his talent is amazing. Eli on the other hand is a hack job sub par QB. He is the Dale Jr of the NFL, all hype and nothing but a big let down. Plus the fact that hes a f'ing cry baby, gets a bloody lip and calls for the trainers to come out to the field as if he broke his femur. Grow a set you damn pansy.

LOL. You obviously can't ever get over Eli wrecking your Pats 19-0 season. I told you years ago you'd carry your Eli hatred to your grave and it looks like I was right. I hope Eli has a great year if for no other reason than to piss you off.

Can hardly wait for the 2011 season to start! I hope the hell the Giants can finally beat the Eagles this year.

Eli really isn't very good. And compared to what he thinks of himself, he's the most overrated QB in history!

Chuck, in order to be overrated, a lot of folks would have to sing his praises. I rarely hear the media talk up Eli. Eli is what he is. Sometimes good, sometimes not. People should not have expected a clone of his brother. As a Giants fan, Eli is a hella lot better than the QB's we've had since Phil Simms.

I agree, though I said "compared to what he thinks of himself, he's the most overrated QB in history!"

Didn't you hear him saying he thought he was on the same level as Tom Brady?

I know he recently said something to the effect of he thought he's a top 5 QB. He really can't believe he's on Brady's level. No one in recent times has been, IMO.

ANywho, are you getting psyched for the start of the season? I found out a few hours ago I'll be able to get the Giants/Redskins game on TV here in Orlando. Saves me a trip and $$$ at some sports bar. The Giants just lost their starting MLB (Goff) for the year with a torn ACL. 2 weeks ago it was their starting CB, Terrell.

Who's next. Damn I hate the freegin injuries to starters.

I hated eli ever since the draft, had nothing to do with the superbowl that year. I always thought he was a douche bag. Except now he's proven that hes a douche bag. Maybe they should change his # to 88 so he can be on the same level as Dale JR

Aaron Rodgers is one of the best young QB's I've ever seen. He is the sole reason that I was confident the Packers would beat the Steelers in the Superbowl.

Teams go for years and years with chit or mediocre QB's. Pack fans are so lucky to follow Favre with an even better QB.

Reminds me of the Montana/Young combo.
