You know I have spent the past 2 hours searching for a complete answer on the question of alternate headers for GT40p's. Not one person on any board can come right out and say anything other than maybe's & confusion. I do not want to spend $300 on a set of custom headers, if I can avoid this. The factory headers for SN95 work fine on the Passenger side. On the drivers side it sucks. The Accell plugs are over $15.00 a piece , so do not go their. Mac longtubes, BBK longtubes? What size? I want someone who has this on their car now, and did not have to beat dimples in the headers.
You know what ticks me more than anything, is that people take advantage of price gouging. A set of long tubes has more metal, more bends, and costs less. Why? It seems that the supply of the GT40p headers being so limited deems it necessary to raise the price an additional $200.00 which is completely stupid. It makes me never want to buy from these companies again.
