Getting a set of gt40p's from a salvage yard tomorrow for $150 and had a few questions...


Can these heads run a B303 with no spring upgrade?

Do these use the same head bolts as the stock 5.0 heads?

They use the same head bolts,and the header bolt pattern is the same.The plugs are at a different angle (more centralized),and may need different headers to keep from burning the plug wires.I have read the BBK unequal length headers work well with 90 degree plug boots,as well,of course,as the Ford racing headers which are designed to clear well.The springs REALLY need to be swapped.They are too soft even for a stock H.O cam.I'm using Trick Flow springs. $150.00 is a good price.
