gt40p's and headers, someone HAS to know

im thinking of trying tri-y's, but im not sure to their fitment, someone on here has to know what works on these in our cars...

well, ive searched, and read every gt40 head thread, and I guess i missed somthing, cuz all I know is mac makes some....

The P heads have a angle that the normal GT40 heads do not have. I used them on my 91 notch with special shorty headers from Central Coast Mustangs, I use to work there. I also switched to long tubes and the headers work fine but there was more effort to get sparkplugs in and tightened down. The answer to your question is yes but you may have to do some clearancing on the Tri-Ys to get the plug wires to sit correctly... That's just my two cents...

i was planning on using the short plugs accel makes with 90 degree plug wires. It should work fine ya think eh?

i've got some gt40's with 1.7's for ya.....

screw the p's.

That way you can use the headers you already have.
