Guys with B31 AFM cam post here need to know Duration and lift

Does anybody know what is in/ex Duration and in/ex lift on B-31 Anderson Ford Motorsport cam

I lost my cam info card but from what I remember I think it was .544" lift on the intake and exhaust, duration @ .050 was 218/int and 228/exh

.542 lift on intake on exhaust with a 1.6 rocker.

218/226 duration. I'll post a pic of the cam card when I get to my other computer.
