Guys with Custom CAMs please read this!!!!

How do you get these cars to idel with a custom Cam. I have the E303 and the Idle sucks. The engine races all the time unless I am at a complete stopp.. if I rev it.. it hangs at 1700 for a few seconds (10 or so) and then goes back to 1000.

I am thinking of getting a tweecer.. but how do you guys go it?
