My winter project is finally complete after 3 months. 1991 5.0 bored out 4.030new trick flow (probe) pistons, 10.0:1 compression. Engine balanced and crank polished. New cam bearing, rings, bearings. Trick Flow Top-End Kit TFS-K514-360-350.
Ford King Cobra clutch, new quadrant and cable and firewall adjuster from Pro-5.0 and a Pro 5.0 shifter ontop of a new T-5. 3:73 in the rear. Autometer carbon fiber 2/5/8 guages, in cage guage. Aluminum driveshaft, ford m/s shorty headers. Accufab 70 mm throttle body, C&L 73mm MAF. 24lb injectors with Holley AFP regulator.
Looking for the car to run in the mid to low 12's, maybe with a few more mods. Right now car runs real strong and I am very happy with the way it turned out. Car was a AOD and now it is like driving a different car, what a difference!
