if i throw on some twisted wedge heads, trickflow intake, and probably an E or F cam, will it create any emissions problems in some states? i have an O/R h-pipe and spintech dumps so im sure that will fail emissions LOL!!
Many people pass emissions with h/c/i combos; however, it'll be difficult to pass a visual inspection with your cats gone; I suspect you'd have a tough time passing the sniffer test without them too. Sounds to me like you're already pregnant.
