Handling?

I have a 99 Cobra with the Eibach Pro Kit. It has the stock shocks/struts. I want to upgrade but not sure whats the best out there? I do have a budget so coil over are probably out of the picture but if you know of any that would handle and perform really well please let me know! I've been hearing Bilstien and KYB and Tokico but not sure where to go?
