ok i had initally wanted start my 347 stroker cause i blew the motor in my 89, but i work at a dealership (ford ) and there was a guy who came in today wanting to trade his stang in for a superduty...but as always dealership wouldnt give him enough on trade.....now heres the thing its a 2000 gt white with stalker body kit, lowered 2 inches, brembo brakes all around, factory installed sunroof, 42k miles, and the best of all...novi 2000 supercharger...and all he wants is his loan paid off $12,800...what i wanna know is what u guys think about it im keepin the other stang just wont be able to do anything with it for a good year or 2 if i buy this one, it has everything i want already , blower all wheel disc lowered, gears injectors pump running 9psi boost.....just seems to hard to pass up its driven once a week and its just emmaculate the guy races for a living so im not worried about him beating the **** out it since he runs 9 sec cars everyweekend....what u guys think

For tuning I would take it somewhere or some of these guys will do it via email, you send them your mods and they send you a tune. As for methanol injection? NO. I doubt the motor is forged so that would be a bad idea.

One last thing...The 4.6 aint got nothing on the 5.0. They respond like crap to mods of any kind. It sounds like a good car but that 5.0 could be way faster but would take alot of time which you dont have to put into the GT.

please! do you live under a rock? 4.6 are going toe to toe with 5.0's everywhere. this car already has a novi 2000..that blower can be cranked up to some serious boost..some forged internals and you could run 600hp on that 4.6 Try that on a 5.0 and see how streetable it is. I loved having my old 5.0's and NA they are better to mod but supercharged the mod motors are superior.

As far as tuning goes, since the car has a blower it already has some kind of tune on it...could be a mail order tune that came with the blower or it could be a dyno tune. Ask the owner all this stuff before you buy. And then take it and have it dyno tuned somewhere just to make sure the A/F ratio is correct and see what its putting down.

I've driven blown 5.0's and blown 4.6's and for a street car i'd go 4.6 anyday!!!
