I got the mach 1 chin spoiler for my car a few weeks ago and was just looking at it, cause I want to finally put it on today and I only have 4 of the push pins. Is that correct, or should there be more? Thanks

Nope, that is correct. You need to buy the additional ones.
You can get some at Advance Auto, Autozone, Wal-Mart, etc... that will work just fine.

I got mine from CDC and it came with all the pins.... And they arent push you push it in but its more like a molly bolt cause a screw widens it.

Yup, there should be 16 of them, plus 3 push pins already on the bumper.

They are black, and the part the pushes in has a phillips head screw slot on it. You drill out a 1/4" hole and simply push them in.

I just broke out some stainless steal screws and screwed it right into the bumper...

Reason i used the factory plastic hardware is because if i ever hit anything with it, the plastic pins will pull out and i won't damage my bumper.

Thge plastic pins hold it nice and tight.

Plus plastic weighs less than metal so the car is faster

im with Mustang5L5 I would suggest just buying some plastic push things. I would rather sacrafise a $50 chin spoiler alone rather than a $50 chin spoiler and a $300+ bumper too.
