Engine harmonic balancer removal 2.3 78 mustang

ok I am doing a timing belt repair with new gears but cant seem to get the harmonic balancer off I broke the auxiliary shaft gear off by prying on to get the harmonic balancer off it please help me I need to get this old girl back on the road

They do not pry off or pound on. If you'll or push/pull on outside ring it will shear off the rubber ring.
You Need a puller.
