Harmonic balancer...

What would be the best buy for me and my E-303 302, as far as a new harmonic balancer goes?

I don't really care about price; i'd rather buy once and never (or almost) have to think about it again.

I don't do drag, but i like hard launch and i appreciate when everything is as smooth as possible...

So what guys?

Romac and Pioneer are two good brands. The Pioneer SFI unit is a nice piece IMHO.

I like using Romac, I have a BHJ I'm going to use now, never tried a Pioneer.

The Romac and BHJ units have small diameters if that's a consideration...

What's the main differences between any of them?

Brand preference, diameter (as Dana noted) and how easily they install can be a factor. Some guys have a little trouble with some brands more than others (i.e., they need to be baked or honed to slide-on easier).
