I have had trouble with "finding" the gears from time to time in my 2014 GT 6 Speed Manual and bought the Barton rear support.......works better but now I have NOISE!!

The reviews of this gizmo sound interesting if they are TRUE??

I haven't tried it, but I did install this:http://www.americanmuscle.com/whiteline-positive-shift-kit-1114.html.
I was shocked that a $31.00 part could make such a tremendous difference. Shifting is 100% better. Night and day

I have both the KDT928 and the 4.1134 shifter stabilazer bushing. I cut out the center tang on the KDT928 to prevent transmitting noise into the cabin. They worked fine but won't be a miracle cure for a bad transmission. I also switched out to redline fluid. Each thing resulted in better shifting.

^ You cut the center section off completely? I just cut it down so it is roughly the same length as the side tangs. I did not notice any increase in NVH after installing it.

I decided to go with an MGW shifter.......ordered this week and should have it next week??
I like the idea that the shifter is totally independent of the car's body....we'll see how it goes!!
