Has the mystery tapping noise been found yet???

Just wondering if you fixed the tapping or found the source. I lost the thread.

i am going to teardown and reassemble the motor with the original GT40P heads. upon teardown, i'll see if i can find any evidence of the source.

i will DEFINATELY tell you what i find.

Thanks Tim, yes I was talking about your noise. I am so curious. And I also wish you the best, it sucks to have a long awaited project end up like that. I only hope as my windsor conversion nears completion that I have better luck.
