Need some help if this needs to be in tech you are welcome to move it. so my car feels like something is holding it back. im getting what i think is tc chatter but not sure. i jacked the rear up and when i turn one of the tires in the reverse way it turns freely and easy but turning it the other way its hard to turn like the brakes are grabbing. could this be something in the trans or rear end? any help is needed.
