head and intake swap 1998 mustang help

I recently bought some 1998 non-pi heads fully ported and polished, performance intake and pi cams. Was wondering what special tools i would need for this swap and any special tricks you all may know to make it easier. Was told to take alot of pics and label stuff well. Thanx and didn't get the pi heads because wanted the lower compression for a supercharger in a few months
