What is the ARP Part# for what I need? It's a 302 block they're going on, and the gt40's are irons from a 1994 lightning. I want some studs. And what style do I use? I was looking in their catalogue and came up with this.

The first 4 options are on page 38 of the catalogue. Page 38
154-4005 (Hex Nuts)
254-4405 (Hex Nuts U/Cut Studs)
154-4205 (12-Point Nuts)
254-4705 (12-Point Nuts U/Cut Studs)

The other 2 are on page 42. Page 42
154-3605 (Hex)
154-3705 (12-Point)

I don't know which one will fit, and on top of that I dont' know which style I'm supposed to get. Thanks.

I would go with either ARP 154-4005 for a stud kit with hex nuts or ARP 154-4205 for a stud kit with 12 point nuts. If I need a set of head studs I would get one of these two kits if I had some GT40s. I believe that these kits come with the stepped washers to adapt the 351 GT40 to use on a 302.

I can't confirm, but i will say that removing heads after you've installed studs is a super pain in the ass....you have to take the headers OFF just to get the heads off, whereas you can simply unbolt the heads and lift the heads off with bolts (the reason is that with studs the heads have to come out to the side at such an angle that the headers get in the way.) When you run full lengths, this is a huge hastle. I wouldn't run studs if you don't absolutely need the extra strength, just run ARP bolts.
