Headers, mid pipes and mufflers: best “combo”

Agreed.

Personally, I'd do the hooker headers, the x from slp, and a catback from magnaflow. All in all, if you go with full exhaust, you sure will be noticed, no matter how much you like the sound or not.

hooker headers have a matching xpipe so that is the way to go. the advantage of the hookers is that the tranny can be removed without looking like you are a monkey ****ing a football.

So do Flowtech's which are made by Hooker. Just a bit thinner on the steel. Havent seen too many people with issues. I had BBK LT's and I had to take one of them off in order to change the clutch(damn T-45's)

Hookers are slipfit, so I'd stick with hooker xpipe. Flowtech are far from being the best. Maybe best banh for your buck, but not best quality.

If you do go for hooker, don't forget to buy rtv, along with a clamp from summitracing. I don't know the part #, but I'm sure someone does.
