Ok, who here has headers for our car and what kind of headers do u have?

I"m thinking about getting some bbk headers to match my bbk mid pipes:

http://www.partshopper.com/shop/BBK-Exhaust-Headers-for-5.0L-Mustangs-m300.html

What do y'all have and what are your opinions about them? Also, I like the part shopper thats associated with stang net, does anyone know of any other good sites that i can order parts from?

Thanks,

Will

I have the bbk long tube header with matching short x-pipe catted. It's great long tubes have the biggest seat of the pants feeling I gotten from installing anything on my car yet.

check brothers performance i got mine from there not very long ago cheaper than that site plus they're running a 5% off sale this week. i would also spend the 12 bucks for better gaskets instead of the junk paper ones that come with them.

Personally I have JBA 1 5/8 shorty headers on my car paid out the ass for them from Brothers Performance but I do love them.

However not too long ago when my buddy couldn't get his P.O.S. MAC Headers back on his car because they were warped so badly because of not having a one piece flange. I called up Brothers Performance and they recommended the BBK Headers, yeah I know BBK and Brothers are butt buddies but the guy on the phone told me that's what all the guys at the shop are starting to run on their cars.

Anyways, we put the headers on his car and he loves them, installing the passenger side is cake but the drivers side headers are a bitch and a half. I myself would recommend the BBK Headers from personal experience they seem to be good quality.

Have the BBKs as well but mine are the equal length shorties and are more difficult to install. Love 'em though.

Long tubes are more expensive, harder to install, and you may lose some low end depending on your setup.

I have BBK LTs and love them.

I have BBK's as well. They work. The finish isn't awsome and the egr bung hald weld spatter all over it which made it impossible to thread the nut on there. But they work and they're pretty cheap so I'm fine with that.

long tubes cancel out some of the drone of the flow masters at lower RPM's and are louder at higher Rpm's than shorties.
