As long as your backing is good (mine was water soaked and fell apart) all you have to do is go to a fabric store, get the type you like, get the 3m multipurpose adhesive (spray can), cut the pattern out, leave about an inch over hang, then spray glue BOTH sides let it get tacky and apply the fabric.
 
Anyone done their headliner themselves? That's all I've got left on my interior but $200 seems steep for what it is...

Headliners are super easy to do. The hardest part is getting it out. Go to your local fabric store and pick the fabric of your choice, get a good spray adhesive, and get started. Spray the adhesive and start applying the new material. Start your way from one end to the other.
