This morning at 9AM me and my friend Mechanic start swaping my heads /cam and everything else
9.30PM we complete swap
BTW We run on clearence problem with piston/intake valve, we tryed retard cam up to 8* but still .40,000 so my mechanic decide to cut pistons , he use old intake valve from his old heads with that bronce cutter welded on bottom of valve, he use one TW heads (he take all intake valves and installed that cutter valve and do each cylinder to long to explain)
Any way he did GOOD job and after evrything we come up with .110,000 of clearence :D with 0* cam retard
Than everything was fine until we put those fax valve covers (polished by me) , man those cover are pain in a$$ , I could reuse old cover bolts I had to buy new longer one and everything was tauching those covers ; Alternaror,EGR,PCV fitting on rear driver side corner, and two rocker arms on cylinder #1 was tauching inside of covers, we grind everithing except that PCV fitting (we plug that hole where use to be fitting and leave just one PCV fitting under intake one is enough) than we installed rest of accesories

We cran it up a few times and after 3rd try my Stang wake up with laud sound from exhaust and crazy idle :D
After 30 min runin on idle I take for a spin and gues what this Stang is beast now Chevy boys watch out!!!
Stang feel different kinda little bit torque at lowe rpms , but when rpms reach 2800 it push me into seat and front end goes in air (not like wheelie but still)
Power all over high rpms to 6150 where is damn rev limitter ( I need chim for raise rev little bit )
I drove downtown tonight and everybody of my friends was excite
I need some tune realy bad because of idle is kinda low, not low (900rpms) but on red light sometime is goes a few time up and down and stall if I dint give more gas so I just for now open IAC litlle bit

Here is a few video's of first firing up

Look at me on last video I was checking that exhaust rumble on tail pipes :D

Preparing to fire up :)

Good job dude. Sorry, I wasnt here for the whole setup...What kind of h/c/i did you end up going with? Oh and as far as tuning goes, I'm running a 331 on a stock cpu. It takes a while to fiddle with the throttle body and fuel pressure and IAC but you can get it to run ok. Hell I've been doing it for a year now. But yea a tune would be a good idea (I need one) there is no other way I know of to get rid of all the cold weather surging and low rpm bucking (if you have a stick) without a chip.

Sounds great Ernan. (did I get it right?) After you get a few miles on it and know everything is OK, we should definitely meet up at Pittsburgh Raceway Park. My new clutch came last week and I hope to put it in this coming weekend. As soon as it goes in, I'll going to start racing again.

Hmm, for some reason i can't play the movies- what encoding did you use, (i.e. after the period in the file name what are the 3 or 4 letters following) oh well, i'm at work so i'll try on my computer at home.

anyways, sounds awesome ERNAN, hehe... it'll be a while till i'm that far though (My list... wheels, gears, pullies, stuff, HCI)
