heads, which cam to get?

i am going with gt-40Y aluminum heads and will probably go with the b-cam. should i pass emissions with all of the emissions equipment intact? also i am guessing 1.6 rockers too?

I dont think that the B-Cam is a emissions friendly cam but i think if tuned properly you might
