"The evaporator core did not come with any foam gasket material. I bought PN 8694K89 from Mcmaster-Carr "Light Duty Blended EPDM Foam Strip with Adhesive Back, 2" Wide, 1/2" Thick, 25 Feet Long"

Tell me where to send 5' of it and I'll pay it forward

If you want to clean it up…… tape off around it…… light wire brush…… then some Rustoleum Rust reformer and some paint on top of that….. and call it a day.

Not that I wouldn't get this project car done without the help on here, but it sure is nice being able to talk to and get help from people who have been there done it already........
Had a neighbor guy stop today and ask ( he has noticed my Mustang) if I had some nuts and bolts the he needed for his car..... I was able to help him out.... Was thinking about all of the help this site has given me........
