Heater Core Restrictor picture's?

Does anyone have the Ford service bulletin diagram that shows the proper placement and part number of the heater core restrictors? I was trying to find it to send to a friend of mine.

I remember seeing it on here before but could not find it when I searched.

It was a picture showing the placement of it and such.

This is all I have come up with so far.

Ford recommends adding a restrictor (Part No. F1UZ18D406-A) to the inlet hose of the heater core. When installing the restrictor, make sure it's as close to the engine as possible, and that its arrow is pointing toward the core.
