Well, my intake finally decided to let go last night. The nipple for the heater hose broke off and spewed coolant all over my windshield as I was pulling out of a parking lot. I have the parts ordered, and will be driving my fox body for a few days. My question is ...How in the world do you remove the heater hose from the heater core nipple? It has what appears to be a white release tab on the end, but I have pushed and pulled on the tab every which way to no avail. What is the secret?
