It really all depends on you. If you've got the time, it may be a good idea to search the junkyards and find all the pieces you need to swap in a 2.3 turbo engine. Or if you could find a donor car (Thunderbird TurboCoupe or something of the like) and that would be easier because it has all the parts you need right there.
Money, again, it depends on you. If you can do the work yourself, it would be a lot cheaper, though it could take longer.
And fuel injection is much more common with this swap so it would probably be a good idea to stay EFI.
Search these forums and www.turboford.org and read! Read a lot! Don't jump into this if you're not too experienced. Just pick up on things and reading is the best thing to do initially, then decide. Also, www.stinger-performance.com is a sweet website. Stinger is a member here and on TurboFord and he has a write up on the 2.3 turbo swap and sells performance parts.

I read through that a few times and from what I got out of it, you are asking if you should swap out your motor for a fuel injected one? Your motor is (or at least should be if it's stock) already fuel injected.

If you are asking if you should get a fuel injected turbo motor to swap in, yes...if you are capable of doing so.
