Hello just decided to join

I gotta 1993 lx 5.0 that I'm putting together and the only thing holding me up is the valves or rockers sounds like marbles rolling around and chattering lol I will get it figured out though I've tried everything so maybe one of you guys can point me in the right direction on where I should post next to get a little help?
