Car was running great and one morning when taking off from red light it didn't seem right. Got on it a bit and just didn't have the power it once had. Seems to have a Lil vibration while in park at about 1800rpm. May have always been there just didn't notice it. Also surges while driving at highway speeds 50-60mph. Not a constant surge but comes and goes about every 10-15 seconds, with or without ac on but more noticeable with ac on. I've checked everything I can think of. Changed fuel filter, plugs, coils, ran injector cleaner through it, cleaned maf, checked for vacuum leaks with homemade smoke tester and with carb cleaner.
