HELP !!! clutch pedal assembly

i havea problem, i seem to be missing something in my clutch pedal assembly and i don't know what it is. My clutch pedal moves freely without the quadrant moving with it, is there a piece that connects the two together between the pedals??? does anyone have any pictures?? thanks in advance.

is that white piece next to the quadrant like a plastic lock? if so i may be missing that piece...thanks jay

The rear (nearest firewall) of the quadrant is lifted when the clutch pedal is depressed and the front of the quadrant pivots on the steel pin. If the quadrant isn't moving, and I'm guessing you have an aftermarket one, then the problem is somewhere between the top of the pedal and the rear pin.

i figured it out, thanks everyone for your help. One more question. There was a sensor that goes by the brake pedal for the tail lights right? So that when you press on the pedal, the tail lights light up. Thanks in advance
