help for a friend

ok im posting this for a friend he currently has a 89 gt foxbody and his motor is junk and he has been looking for a motor for a week now i just happen to have a 87 lincoln town car 5.0 with 74,000 miles on it the motor was never beat it was givin to me from a 72 year old lady who bought it new in 87 im wondering if every thing off his motor will fit on this motor before we pull it out such as intake heads cam headers and tranny any help would be great
