Help i think i got screwed

ok i bought a supercharger off of ebay and he said it worked and has a feedback of 25 100% so i figured he wouldnt screw me. i bought a paxton sn89 and the supercharger was hard to turn the pulley so i figured it might be a problem i had a shop install the supercharger and they turned it on and the pulley turned but maid a bad ass sound screeching and smoke started to come from the supercharger. this needs a rebuild that they told me could something else cause this and if it needs a rebuild where can i get it done and how much???? also this is the link to the page

How much you pay for it? Did you ask what condition it was in? Ask more questions before you buy...

first mistake- not buying thru ebay, but skirting around ebay and buying it. you have no recourse thru ebay now.

second mistake- buying a used supercharger. is that thing rebuildable? i know i wouldn't spend good money on a used supercharger unless it was local and i could see it before i paid for it.

how did you pay for it?

did you email the guy and tell him whats up?

i paid 900 i just e-mailed him a second ago since i just found out. he told me it worked and i bought it around ebay bad idea also he has 100% feedback thats why i trusted him but hay i still can mess his feedback up he sells a lot all i do is buy dont pay and mess his feedback up. ill wait for his e-mail on what he has to say about it and ill post it.

did you pay through pay pal with a credit card??? cause you can have the payment reversed... i sold a turbo on ebay an the guy paid me with a stolen credit card an the payment got reversed... i was out a turbo and 350.00 bones....

Could it be something with it being "self contained," or I don't know if that makes much of a difference?

Might need an oil change...lol
