I need to choose a flywheel and clutch for my 347 stroker kit, some suggestions?

I went with ford racing 28oz flywheel and a centerforce clutch. Haven’t installed it yet but expecting it to be good.

How much tooth had your flywheel? Somebody tell me about 164 for this Tremec T5...

mine is 157 but i have a world class t5 that i beefed up. i have no idea what you would need for your tranny.

Yes finally the best option is 157 tooth and 28 oz!

The 347 Stroker kit have included a flexplate fot automatic transmissions. I tried to change it for a flywheel for manual transmissions.
The technical area from Summitracing recommended me to buy this kit with the flexplate for to do the balance process (anyway this kit is allreadey balanced) and after that install the flywheel.
What do you think?

You really want to balance your rotating assembly with the balancer/flywheel that you'll be using. As long as the shop knows what they are doing, and does it right, you ought to be fine, however. Just make sure to get the matching imbalance (28 or 50oz) for your balancer and flywheel.
