Help me decide: Yellow or Blue? Got pics?

I'll kindly retract my statement about deep forest green cars:

Done right, it's a great color. My first car was that color, but it was a 68 fastback. Gotta love it on 68 fastbacks.

Here's a different idea--why not go with a two-tone? Someone had a shot on here not too long ago of a blue one with black hood and top. Looked pretty good. You could also do the same with Yellow--it'd be different from all the other yellows (or blues), but still one of your two color choices.

I like the yellow, cuz there's so few. You could do yellow on the bottom and black above the body line. Or try black just on the roof. I'm gonna do one of those someday

Or, I just got to thinking about it, blue with silver up top or even visa-versa would look super classy....

good stuff! I'm not too keen on the 2 tone scheme. I've seen a few done like that and it just breaks the body up too much IMO. It looks pretty good on new edge cars though, just not on the jelly beans! lol.

I have a little while to think about it yet.

Yes! That's the one. My car isn't a Cobra or a vert, but I think that scheme would look awsome with a Saleen body kit and silver replica rims. That's the way I'm leaning anyway.

Would you happen to know what color his car is?

i don't remember off the top of my head but i think he did say it when he painted the car a few years back. either search a bit or PM him.

The blue is 04' Z06 LeMans Blue (933L) and the silver in the engine compartment is 04' Z06 Machine Silver (Light Tarnished Silver - 994L).

If I was going to do blue again, I'd probably have it mixed a shade or two darker.

Thanks! I appreciate you letting me know those colors. Actually, there is a BMW blue that I really like, but I've only seen it in pics. I may go look around at some dealerships and see it first hand.
