The seller is asking $7,000. The seller is a guy in his late 20's early 30's who told me he is selling the car because he is getting engaged. He said the car has about 160K, and about 10K on the engine. I was about to do a H/C/I on my '88 SD coupe, but with all this car already has done to it I could swap over whatever else I need/can off my Coupe and have an awesome car. Plus if I sell my coupe I may be picking up a good car for less than an H/C/I would cost me. What do you guys think??????????

Sounds real nice, althought it sure has been around the block! Whats it look like? You really need to take it to a shop you trust and have them go over it for $50. Maybe even hit up a bodyshop to check for possible wrecks, even though they dont show up in the carfax, you never know! If it checks out, go for it!

The car was beautiful. I'd like to know why there are so many "title issued or updated" entries. Carfax says:

Title Issued
A state issues a title to provide a vehicle owner with proof of ownership. Each title has a unique number. Each title or registration record on a CARFAX report does not necessarily indicate a change in ownership. In Canada, a registration and bill of sale are used as proof of ownership.


I know a guy who's sister works at DMV, so I'll see if she can find out more for me.
