Help me get rid of this annoying belt squeal!

Ok so i have an otherwise stock 91 5.0 with a vortech s trim blower that recently decided to squeal for a few seconds upon start up. I changed ALL accessory components to no avail. I started it without the blower on and it still squeals. If i change the belt it wont squeal for the first few starts and then it back again with the top of the belt looking like its a few months old after only a few miles. Im thinking its one of the pulleys misaligned but cant figure out how to pin point it.

Who can give me a solid idea to try?

Tension pulley problem .......

Sounds like tensioner pulley bearing is going south. Stops turning or snags momentarily causing squeak and abnormal wear on top of belt. Other issue could be water pump doing the same.

If the pullies and bearings are all good ... you might want to try and sandblast the offending pulley to roughen it up a bit. That should stop the squeal for a while!

all accessories were changed including water pump and tensioner, i guess ill try sanding it, any other ideas?
