no the one W/ SCOOP is for 2001+ one wITHOUT scoop looks to be for 2000.

From my understanding from the site their is two of them
One for the Scoop
and one for out the scoop.


The scoop is 2001+

without 99-2000

Yeah but it looks like it when you take piece 12 off. His hood looks like the one in the picture without piece 12. Piece 12 is a bitch anyway that gd thing hold all that water that spots up my hood.
