Help Me With My Five-Lug Swap

Hey everyone, my car just got done being painted and it's sitting in our garage on the rotisarry and my dad and I would like to get it on the ground as soon as possible so I need to get all the parts for my five lug swap. This is my first mustang so, I'm new to this kind of thing. Can someone please help me figure out what all I need to convert to five lug. I am pretty sure that I am going to upgrade the handling with a MM sport box. And I know that I want to do a cobra brake setup. I am quite certain I will be running 18" rims of some kind. What parts do I need to convert my car to five lug and be compatible with all of this stuff.

Also, does anyone know If I will be able to fit 18" x 10" FR-500 rims, deep dish or not, in the back of my car without the fenders being rolled?
