Help Please - 03 Radiator Fan

I need to replace the radiator fan assembly. I have got quotes from a couple places and they all want 325 or more with the price of the fan itself being 225ish. I found this one on eBay (link below). Am I missing something or should this do the job that I need? How easy is the installation on these fans? All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

That is the same part you'll get at AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts... just there it will cost you $150 or if all the plastics are OK and you just need the fan motor, you can get that for about $90, but you'll have to remove the old motor and put the new on in. I would deal with a local parts store so if there is a problem with a part, it's easy to get replacements, etc. Sure it costs a little bit more, but to me it's worth it to have someone you can go to locally.
