help removing timing adjuster

Hi everybody

I recently moved back to So Cal from NY and am looking for people around me that might be able to help me remove my timing adjuster. I didnt install it, so I dont really know whats involved in removing it and setting the car back to stock. I live in Woodland Hills for what its worth.
