I am having a problem with my idle dropping takes about 15 secounds to return to normal, also idles up and down and runs rich. so I pulled the codes advance auto couldnt do it got error, so I got them with check engine light, and got a bunch dont understand them much, I have a e303 cam, superchip in the computer, no egr, 70 mm throttle body, I did the idle reset and still didnt help. I dont understand these codes.

51-Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor signal is/was too high - ECT
13-ISC did not respond properly (extends to touch throttle then retracts for KOEO) - ISC .
27-Vehicle Speed Sensor problem - VSS
56-Vane Air Flow (VAF) or Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor high - VAF MAF
11-System OK
32-EVP - EGR not responding properly during test - EVP ( I dont have)
75-Brake On Off (BOO) signal shorted to power - BOO
65-Check intermittent HO2S (signal or ground) - Fuel Control
22-MAP (vacuum) or BARO signal out of range - MAP
17-1 9L & 2 5L - Throttle stop set too low - IDLE
12- Idle Speed Control motor or Air Bypass not controlling idle properly (generally idle too low) - ISC
71-1 9L TBI, 2 3L TBI, 2 5L TBI - ITS signal was grounded when throttle should have been opening ITS-ISC ISC motor problem or Idle Tracking Switch (ITS) signal wire shorted to ground - ISC

The 5.0 code reader hookups are in the engine bay behind the passenger shock tower. The plug under the dashboard DOES NOT WORK with the 5.0. Ford put that connector there for the V6 engines (OBD2) so they could use the exact same dashboard assembly for all 94-95 Mustangs. Our 5.0's are OBD1 cars.

I would buy a basic Ford OBD1 code reader and get the codes yourself. The code reader will pay for itself in time, if only for the convenience of reading the codes yourself.

Heck, if you were in Southern California I'd pull the codes for you. But there are no Advance Auto stores on the West Coast, so you're not even close to me. You'll have to head back to Advance Auto to try again.

You have a Fox III or use a fox III EEC in a 94-95?

I've not seen a fox generate half of those codes. I would be sure you are up to temp, you do the required inputs (PS, BOO if applicable, OD if applicable) and get the codes again.

The 35 dollar LCD readout code reader is well worth the money if there are issues with interpreting the dots-dashes (it can be tough).

Good luck.

Got my new reader and man was I off on these codes, here are the new codes and can you help me on whats the problem. Again pulling codes due to poor idle car revs up and down, and takes about 15-20 secounds to return to somewhat normal idle after u rev it up.

This is KOEO test.

code
511 o- read only memory (ROM) test failure

327 o - egr vavle position circuit below minimum voltage. I think this is ok dont have a Egr.

565 o- canister purge solenoid circuit fault

212 c- loss of ignition diagnostic monitor signal/ Spout circuit grounded

This is KOER test

172 r- HEGO (HO2S) sensor fault /lean
136r- HEGO (HO2S) sensor always lean
411 r- cannot control rpm during koer low rpm check

The chip is probably the reason for the ROM code.

Both O2 codes are for the right O2? If so, swap the HEGO's around, clear the codes and see if the code follows the O2. Or replace the O2.

Do you have a stock EVAP system anymore? On the passenger firewall (near the code puller harness) you will see a black cylinder with a vac line into it, a vac line out of it, and one electrical connector. That's the purge solenoid.

I do see a black cylinder just hanging there a wire hareness in top and vac lines out bottom one goes somewhere I cant see the other is capped off, If this is the purge sensor would I need to do anything to it.
Anything on the code 212, and would the 02 make my car idle bad, thats the only fault I see for the poor idle.

The purge solenoid doesnt really matter in terms of performance. I mentioned it because if you saw the electrical connector disconnected, that would be why the code was generated.

A bad O2 can cause a crappy idle.

The PIP code can be because the PIP is actually going out (generally the car stalls for no reason or it will not start when hot).

I took the whole intake off cleaned throttle body, Iac and intake replaced all hoses, I just got a new Iac today got to put it on, I'm also changing Tps and 02 sensors figure there 15 years old might as well. If this doesnt work I'm gonna get a new dynotune burnt on my chip.

Alright changed Iac, Tps, and 02's and car is running good now, getting a new code with koer test though, code 311 (Thermactor air system /fault during engine run self test), and code 314 ( Thermactor air system /fault during engine run self test/ left side) whats these codes, also hard for me to do the koer test cause the engine starts idleing up and down and dies I have to keep it running, and I cant do the cylinder balace test because of this, why's it going dead.

Do you have a functional air injection (smog pump) system? Generally it gets removed before the EGR does, hence my asking.

I was going to chime in and tell you that our cars dont generate the two digit codes but it looks like you gigured that out already. Since you have other things disabled, is it possible that your smog system has been deleted?
