Help with mods 91LX notch

It's a 1991 LX 5.0 notch 5spd. I'm ordering an S-Trim next week and need to know what other things I will need going S/C'd. The engine is relatively stock. I don't know alot about the 5.0 and need your help with what else I may need to run the charger on this motor.

What size/brand throttle body
What size/brand injectors
What size/brand fuel pump

I plan on getting the AFR heads. Which ones should I get, the 165 or 185cc?

Thanks for the reply. Sorry about not clarifying. The engine is stock, meaning that its a stock block, heads, intake, etc.. I have the basic bolt-ons already. The car has 4.10's, K&N FIPK, O/R H & Catback, Pro 5.0 shifter & chip.
