Help with the wiring the newer alternator?

I am switching the front dress to serpentine belt and using this newer alt. has got me ready to pull my hair out. I have three wires from the orginal wiring but have no idea how to hook it up. Pictures would be very helpful.

I am assuming you have the new 1 wire alternator, so it has a built in regulator. making those other wires you have useless. run the main power wire from the alt. to the starter or wherever the old one went, depends on how the car is wired. and you should be good to go. Usually they come with a fuse also.

I wish it was a one wire. Maybe that is what I need to do though. This one has a plug for a harness that should have 3 wires in it.
