Ok i just sold my valance on ebay what should i do?

A. Lower My car
B. Get tires
c. Headers
D. Headlights and hid's

Help me out here guys.

if your tires are shot then that should be your priority. second would be lowering it followed by headers and somewhere way at the end of the list after a bunch of other stuff would be the headlights.
