Ihave an 03 GT, ijust put on a lowering kit and it seems like the back of car is very bouncy. adjust the shock dampner all the way out. Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions. It is the ebay coiloers from maxpeed. I know they are notthe best but wanted to try them. People have gone for rides and said "that is what a lowered car feels like" Thoughts?

Ugh, good coilovers should give a firm ride, but not bouncy. If included, check the manual to make sure the adjustment screws are turned the right way. Unfortunately, people's opinions on what it should feel like will be very subjective. A properly lowered vehicle should be firm and controlled, not firm and bouncy. Hope this helps a bit.

The coil-over itself has nothing to do with bounce. That is purely the function of the shock absorber. You mentioned that you adjusted the screw all the way out. If they are like my adjustables were, then you have un-dampened the shock as much as it will undampen. That is the wrong direction. You wasn't more restriction between the shock champers so that it restricts the bounce. Adjust it too firmly and you won't get any spring action at all.

It sounds as if the OP has adjusted the shock to 'wide open'.
